Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are very important and I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling your appointment. Failure to cancel/reschedule will result in a fee. There is a 50% charge for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled service. If you are a no call/ no show for your appointment you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Your card on file will be charged. Before you can schedule your next appointment you must pay the fee. If you try to schedule and you do not pay the fee your appointment will be canceled and maybe subject to a client ban.
